This 180 m2 villa, set in 400 m2 grounds, sleeps 8/10 people and is fully equipped as it is occupied by the owner outside the rental periods.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a bright living area (lounge, kitchen, living room) of 100 m2 overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
For gourmets, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your specialties.
Overlooking the garden, you'll appreciate the master suite, with its 160 cm bed and private bathroom (bath, walk-in shower and toilet).
Opposite, you'll find another bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
The ground floor also features a laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer. A separate toilet with washbasin completes this level.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with a view over the garden features a 140 cm bed, a single bed and a desk.
Opposite, a fourth bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a desk.
All bedrooms have fitted closets.
A mezzanine with a convertible sofa that sleeps 2, a TV, a Wii console and a printer are all at your disposal.
Add a bathroom with bath and shower, and of course a toilet with separate washbasin.
The illuminated garden and swimming pool are ideal for socializing. A Weber plancha and barbecue are available for outdoor meals.
On arrival, you'll find all the essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, oil, spices, paper towels and toilet paper).
Comforters and pillows are provided.
CLEANING SERVICE IS COMPULSORY AND INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
Bed linen and towels are provided on request, in which case laundry charges will be billed, payable on site by credit card (+2 euros) or cash/check:
- 25€ / double bed - single bed
- 10€/person for bathroom linen (1 bath sheet, 1 towel).
MUST BE ORDERED 72 H IN ADVANCE.
BARBECUE cleaning + 25 euros.
Arrivals are from 16:00.
Departures before 10:00 am.
Arrivals after 9 p.m. will be charged 15 euros per move.
Please inform us of your arrival time as soon as you know it (maximum 2 hours before) so that you don't have to wait on site.
