This bright, fully renovated villa is ideally located in the heart of Petit-Piquey, a charming village on the Cap Ferret peninsula, between the Bassin (10 min walk/5 min bike ride) and the ocean (15 min bike ride). The center of Petit-Piquey is a 10-minute walk from all amenities (delicatessen, wine shop, butcher's and delicatessen, fishmonger's, mini-market, press, pharmacy), as well as restaurants and oyster huts.
You'll be delighted by the many features and comforts on offer.
On the first floor, you'll appreciate the large living room with TV and dining room opening onto a pleasant covered terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet.
There's a master suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, opening onto the terrace.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with a 160cm bed, one of which opens onto a balcony, and a bedroom with two 80cm beds complete the sleeping arrangements.
