A beautiful stone house adjoining the owners' home. On the first floor, you'll have access to a living room featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room with fridge-freezer, gas piano, electric oven, hood, microwave, espresso and conventional coffee makers, and dishwasher. Living room with sofa, TV and WiFi. Bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washing machine. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x190 bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 120x190 beds. A shower room with standard shower and WC. Baby equipment on request: cot and high chair. Enjoy a relaxing vacation between Angoulême and Périgueux. You can discover Brantôme "La Venise du Périgord", enjoy canoe trips on the Dronne to Bourdeilles (superb château), visit the Romanesque domed churches of the Ribéracois region and enjoy cycling, mountain biking or hiking (numerous hiking trails). You'll love the 10mx5m, 1.50m-deep, private, chlorine-heated swimming pool, secured by alarm and fencing, open from May to September (weather permitting), located about 10m in front of the covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. At the rear of the house, you can enjoy a shared enclosed garden with the owner, who has a Bernese mountain dog and 3 cats. You can also visit the hens and the rooster.
