You'll love this 60 m² single-storey house, in the heart of a large country estate, comprising a main room with living room, sofa, TV, dining room, equipped kitchenette. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 140x190 bed, a shower room and separate toilet. On your return from your visits and for your meals outside, you'll enjoy the courtyard with a picnic table and barbecue. Outside laundry room with washing machine and baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bathtub. Parking available in the courtyard. End-of-stay cleaning charge: €50. Animal/day supplement: 10€. In the north-east Dordogne, this house is located in a rural setting 1 km from the Auvézère river, where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, hiking, horse-riding and mountain biking in the magnificent setting of its narrow gorges, in the heart of a protected nature reserve. Just 12 km from Excideuil and 15 km from the Rouffiac nautical base, as well as the "Le Clupeau" campsite, where people can go swimming. This place is 5 km away.
It's located in a small hamlet with several houses and close to a cattle farm. Monique, herself a farmer, and her husband Michel will be delighted to welcome you and your children to their home, a few kilometers away, where you can discover the hens (followed by egg collection), rabbits, cows, calves and vegetable garden.
