The outside staircase leads to the living-dining room with fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob). On the first floor, you'll find a 1st bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a shower room. Separate WC. With views over the owners' fields, you can sunbathe around the unheated swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests, fenced and secured by an alarm, chlorine, dimensions 8mx4m, 1.60 deep, open from June to September. Garden furniture next to the pool allows you to enjoy the pool to the full, with a plancha grill and ping-pong table. Baby equipment: high chair, bed, bathtub, stroller. This 80 m2 self-contained gîte is located in the Périgord Noir in the commune of Saint Rabier, halfway between Périgueux and Brive la Gaillarde, 14 km south of Hautefort (Château and Museum of Medicine) and 20 km north of Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art), less than 10 minutes from a freeway exit.
