Detached house with enclosed grounds of 700m2 located in a hamlet of several dwellings. You'll enter a pleasant, spacious house where you'll enjoy a lovely living room (TV with wood-burning stove) and dining room, as well as a separate kitchen equipped with a combination freezer, microwave, oven... There are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, and a small, functional shared bathroom with shower and toilet. A separate WC is also available, as is a laundry room. There's also a storage area for your bicycles. For outdoor meals, there's a terrace in front of the gîte, with sun loungers, garden furniture and a plancha. Baby equipment: cot, high chair. Parking space in front of the gîte. Cleaning at end of stay €80. Linen and towels included. Country vacations just 2 minutes from Périgueux, a city of Art and History.
The forest is less than 500 m away, offering great walks and hikes in this part of the Périgord Vert. The river is less than 2 kilometers away, ideal for cooling off in fine weather.
