On the first floor, you'll find a living-dining room with TV and leather sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a 1st bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm, a 3rd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 and a bathroom with shower. A lovely open veranda with plancha overlooks the private, unheated swimming pool (chlorine, 3.5m x 7m, 1.5m-1.80m deep, alarmed, staircase access), open all year round, where you can relax on deckchairs without overlooking the garden. A 200 m2 fully enclosed garden is at your disposal. For horse-riding enthusiasts, you can keep your own horses on site with the owner's agreement. Baby equipment: bed, chair, potty, reducer, bathtub. End-of-stay cleaning 120€. Sheets and towels included. This beautiful house surrounded by meadows and vineyards is close to all the major sites: Les Eyzies de Tayac (capital of prehistory), the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in Montignac, Sarlat (a medieval city with an exceptional heritage), La Roque-Gageac (a village classified as one of France's most beautiful villages), Château des Milandes, where Josephine Baker lived, the Gardens of the Imaginary in Terrasson... You'll be seduced by its veranda and its calm, with the owner's active vineyards all around. Also on the estate, 250 m below the gîte, you'll find 2 ponds where you can fish without a fishing permit. Children will enjoy contact with the farm's animals: sheep, horses and poultry. Older children can visit the vineyards and winery, and taste the estate's wine.
