On a plot of over 3000 m² in the countryside, come and enjoy a contemporary single-storey house close to the owners. The living room opens onto the terrace with garden furniture, and you'll appreciate the view over the countryside. This room includes the fully-equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 bunk bed (90x190), as well as a shower room with walk-in shower, double vanity unit, hairdryer and separate toilet. On the terrace you'll find garden furniture and a barbecue. On-site parking for at least 3 vehicles.
All rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Baby equipment: changing table, shower bouncer, cot, high chair and bottle warmer. 10 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage, and 2 km from the "Pavillon bleu" Tamniès lake (supervised beach in July/August, playground, picnic tables, refreshment area, tennis court and sanitary facilities). Bowling alley 6 km away.
For outdoor enthusiasts: canoeing, swimming and fishing on the Dordogne or Vézère rivers, hiking, mountain biking, hot-air ballooning...). You can also enjoy gabare trips on the Dordogne.
Discover the castles of the Dordogne Valley (Beynac, Castelnaud, les Milandes...), the prehistoric caves of the Vézère Valley (Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac), typical villages (La Roque Gageac, Domme...), museums, remarkable gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...)... not forgetting the gastronomy you'll taste at our local farmers' markets and in our restaurants or farm inns (truffles, duck, ceps, foie gras, walnuts, strawberries, Bergerac wines, etc...).
