Welcoming studio on the 4th floor (no elevator) featuring an entrance hall with cupboard, a new shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, a pleasant living room with sofa bed (140cm), television, access to the east-facing balcony with terrace furniture and a small plancha to enjoy the sun in a quiet location. Newly fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, oven, hood, microwave, etc.) with washing machine area.
This apartment is ideal for a pied-à-terre, ideally located for visiting the surrounding area.
The daily market at Le Pouliguen is surrounded by all the necessary shops. The Benoît beach extends into the bay of La Baule. Swimming, long walks and water sports are yours for the taking! You can also cycle along the embankment and at the foot of the villas. After that, you'll have earned a taste of the famous niniches! For a change of scenery, you can explore the ramparts of Guérande or the marshes of the Brière Regional Park, just a few kilometers away.

LA BAULE
A seaside resort on the Côte d'Amour bordering the Atlantic Ocean, the Bay of Le Pouliguen - La Baule - Pornichet joined the Club of the World's Most Beautiful Bays in November 2011.
The town is famous for its magnificent beach, shopping avenues (Lajarrige and De Gaulle), grand hotels and casino.
The market is also very popular with locals and tourists alike.
LA BAULE is also :
- History: Saint-Aignan church. 1866: designed in neo-Gothic style by architect Benjamin Ricard, it was built on the site of the former church destroyed by fire in 1861. It contains, among other things, a small gallery organ which has been dismantled and some parts left in place. It was bombed during the Second World War, on June 17, 1940.
- Sports: La Baule's Barrière International Golf Club, with 3 courses ranging from 9 to 18 holes. La Baule international jumping, thalasso, Sporting club de Tennis, sailing school, fishing on foot and various water sports (jet ski, fly fish, paddle...).
- La Détente : The PORNICHET/LABAULE embankment is ideal for walking, jogging, cycling, rollerblading...
