We offer for tourist rent an apartment with two bedrooms within walking distance from the popular La Mata beach! The 48 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen and a bathroom. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is no air conditioning, but the proximity of the sea creates a pleasant atmosphere. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. “Mercadona” supermarket is 750 meters away. The popular “Barlovento” restaurant is 50 meters away. City bus stop nearby. The sea is less than 200 meters away, but La Mata beach itself is about 450 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
