A beautiful villa in the traditional and a quiet village of Avileses with a private pool. The property has been finished to a high standard and includes air-conditioning. Throughout the Villa is new furniture and equipment.
The property is located 100m from the city, 300m from the supermarket, 500m from restaurants, 3km to a golf course, 19km to a sandy beach, 25km from the Murcia Airport and 80km from Alicante airport.
