Excellent ground floor apartment measuring 69 m², in the center of Ericeira, right in front of the beach, with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.
It has a living room with TV and sofa (which is a sofa bed), two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
It also has internet access (wifi) and a hairdryer.
It is located 10m from Praia dos Pescadores and 130m from Praça da Republica, one of the most central and emblematic places in Ericeira, where there are terraces, restaurants and a wide range of stores, including supermarket, pharmacy, clothing stores, decoration, hairdressing and beauty salons, gastronomy and traditional items stores, among others. If you don't want to travel outside of Ericeira, you won't need to take the car for anything during your vacation!

The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.20 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.10 in low season (November 1st on April 30th).
