We offer you this beautiful new apartment of approx. 70m² in a residence ideally located just 50m from the ocean and a stone's throw from the resort center.
Located on the second floor of a residence with elevator, this 3-star-rated apartment is fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 people.
On the first floor, there's a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) opening onto the living room (air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, free WIFI, sofa bed), a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a shower room with toilet.
For added comfort, a second bathroom and toilet are available upstairs.
You'll also find a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a cabin room with two single bunk beds and a mezzanine.
Finally, there's a shared bike room and a private parking space in a secure parking lot.
