The apartment has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. The rental is ideally located just 100m from the city center, the port and the shops. For the sandy beach, you just have to cross the road! You benefit from a private parking space in the basement of the residence. Once parked, everything can be done on foot. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. Fans are also available. In the first air-conditioned bedroom, you have a 160 x 200 double bed. The second has 2 90 x 190 single bunk beds. Finally, you benefit from a 140 x 190 convertible sofa in the living room for the other two beds. For amenities, you have a bathroom with separate WC. As for the exterior, you will benefit from a spacious loggia on the south side with its panoramic view of the sea, and on the north side, a private garden of more than 80m² with tables, chairs, deck chairs, electric plancha and parasol. , while benefiting from the freshness due to its exposure. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
