You can park 1 vehicle in the residence's free parking lot.

In the bedroom, you will find two 90 x 190 single beds that can be pushed together to create a single double bed, as in the photos.
You have a 140 x 190 convertible sofa in the living room for the other two beds.
For amenities, you have a bathroom with separate WC.
As for the exterior, you will benefit from a private garden with table, chairs, and parasol, as well as private access overlooking a dead end.
