Apartment K2 is a magnificent, completely renovated two-bedroom duplex apartment, a cocoon under the roof on the 3rd floor in the old town, with a view of the castle through the velux window. K2 offers modern comforts, ultra-equipped to make you feel at home and ensure an unforgettable stay with family or friends.
This splendid two-storey apartment sleeps 6, with two double bedrooms, in the heart of the city's pedestrian and historic district.
Each room has a 160x190 bed, one of which has a dressing room. Air-conditioning.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided for your stay.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by after a day on the lake or in the mountains; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 2-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
You'll receive a 30% discount on the total amount of your bill at four partner restaurants in town.
The apartment is located on a busy street, but overlooks an inner courtyard. Parking is available at the Sainte Claire parking lot, a 200-meter walk away (€11 per 24h). The parking lot is underground, secure and paying.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., in autonomy thanks to a key box. Instructions will be sent to you the day before by e-mail.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put your dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your rubbish in the room under the stairs at the main entrance.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
