Highland is an ultra-modern apartment with a resolutely pop '70s decor that will win you over with its high-quality features. On the 3rd floor with elevator, in a secure residence, its large bay windows overlooking the rooftops and its balcony will seduce you with its high-quality features.
This apartment can accommodate 4 people, with its double bedroom and sofa bed. It boasts a superb location in the pedestrian district, with a balcony overlooking the city.
The bedroom has a 160x190 bed and the living room a sofa bed. Air conditioning in the bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
Your breakfast will be delivered in the morning outside your door between 8.30 and 9.00. Please open the door for the deliveryman using the intercom.
After a day on the lake or in the mountains, you'll enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
You'll receive a 30% discount on the total amount of your bill at four partner restaurants in the town.
The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is available in neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or in the Courrier secure underground parking lot (approx. €11 for 24 hours).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 pm to 10 pm, independently thanks to a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by e-mail the day before your stay.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put your dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your rubbish in the room under the stairs at the main entrance.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
