Just a few steps from the lake and canals of the old town, in the heart of Annecy's historic center,...Appalaches offers warm, modern comfort in a spacious, ultra-equipped apartment, with two terraces to complete the package for an unforgettable stay, ideal for families or friends.
This splendid, spacious apartment can accommodate up to 9 people, with three double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a sofa bed, in the heart of the pedestrian and historic district of the city. Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms.
The bedrooms each have a 160x190 bed and dressing room. Air-conditioning.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, JBL speakers and all you need for a pleasant stay, including a Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.
The bathrooms have either a walk-in shower or a bathtub, and the toilets are separate.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided for your stay.
After a day on the lake or in the mountains, there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 2-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
You'll receive a 30% discount on the total amount of your bill at four partner restaurants in town.
The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is available at the Hôtel de Ville parking lot, 50 meters away (€11 per 24h). The parking lot is underground, secure and fee-paying.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., autonomously thanks to a key box, or someone from the team will be present to welcome you. Instructions will be sent to you the day before by e-mail.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put the clean dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your rubbish in the room under the stairs at the main entrance.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
