The Jura apartment will seduce you with its warm wooden decor under the roofs of a beautiful building facing the Jardin de l'Europe and the town hall, a chalet atmosphere guaranteed!
This apartment can accommodate 4 people, with its double bedroom on the mezzanine (low ceilings) and its sofa bed. It is superbly located opposite the Jardins de l'Europe, just a stone's throw from the lake.
The bedroom has a 140x190 bed and the living room a convertible sofa. Air conditioning in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all you need for a pleasant stay, including a Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by after a day on the lake or in the mountains; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 2-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
You'll receive a 30% discount on the total amount of your bill at four partner restaurants in town.
The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is available in neighboring streets (paying during the day, but free in the evening and on Sundays), or in the secure underground parking garage opposite the Hôtel de Ville (approx. €11 for 24 hours).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 10pm, independently thanks to a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by e-mail the day before your stay.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put your dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your rubbish in the room under the stairs at the main entrance.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
