EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION Just a short walk from Lake Annecy, on a pedestrian street in the old town, be charmed by this spacious, bright, ultra-equipped apartment with contemporary, arty decor.
This apartment sleeps 4, with its double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room's library unit.
The bedroom has a 140x190 bed, and the living room a built-in bed.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is in the bathroom.
️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
You can enjoy the proximity of bars and restaurants after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
You'll receive a 30% discount on the total amount of your bill at four of the town's partner restaurants, as well as discounts at rental companies (bike, boat, paraglider, etc.).
The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day, but free in the evening and on Sundays), or in the Bonlieu secure underground parking lot (approx. €11 for 24 hours).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 10pm, independently thanks to a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by e-mail the day before your stay.
Breakfast is delivered the next morning between 8:30 and 9 a.m., right outside your apartment door.
If accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put your dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your rubbish in the room under the stairs at the main entrance.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
