Just a stone's throw from the lake and canals of the old town, in the heart of Annecy's historic center, the OURAL apartment offers warm, modern comfort, ultra-equipped, and a large terrace with outdoor furniture for unforgettable evenings with family or friends.
This splendid apartment sleeps 6, with two double bedrooms, in the heart of the pedestrian and historic part of town. Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a 160x190 bed and a dressing room. Air-conditioning.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all you need for a pleasant stay, including a Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
After a day on the lake or in the mountains, there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 2-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
You'll receive a 30% discount on the total amount of your bill at four partner restaurants in town.
The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is available at the Hôtel de Ville parking lot, 50 meters away (€11 per 24h). The parking lot is underground, secure and fee-paying.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., in autonomy thanks to a key box. Instructions will be sent to you the day before by e-mail.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put your dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your rubbish in the room under the stairs at the main entrance.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
