Bed linen and towels are cleaned by a laundry in compliance with NF EN 14065 RABC hygiene standards.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., a member of the team will be present. After 8 p.m., a late arrival supplement of 28€ will be charged, thank you for your understanding.
If accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
