Ideal duplex apartment for a family, very bright under the roof with exposed beams, ideally located in the heart of the historic tourist town, a stone's throw from Lake Annecy. All shops are within walking distance.
A white, personalized decor adds charm to this place, where four people have all the space they need to cook or relax.
On two levels, very comfortable, this apartment can accommodate 4 people, with its double bedroom and its bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together) upstairs.
The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed, and the second two 90x180 single beds, which can be joined or not.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, and the toilet is in the bathroom.
️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Overlooking the rooftops and Rue du Pâquier, the 4th floor enjoys a quiet location in this lively pedestrian street (bars, restaurants, stores).
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths will be provided for your stay.
You can enjoy the proximity of bars and restaurants after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
You'll receive a 30% discount on the total amount of your bill at four partner restaurants in the town.
The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day, but free in the evening and on Sundays), or in the Bonlieu secure underground parking lot (approx. €11 for 24 hours).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 7pm, and a member of our team will be on hand to welcome you. 20€ will be charged for late check-in after 8pm.
Breakfast is delivered the next morning between 8:30 and 9 a.m., right outside your apartment door.
If the apartment is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put your dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your rubbish in the room under the stairs at the main entrance.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
