A brand-new, ultra-modern, fully-equipped apartment just a stone's throw from Lake Annecy for two to four people, designed for your comfort and just a three-minute walk from the old town.
This apartment can accommodate 4 people, with its night space separated from the living room by a magnificent glass roof and its high-quality sofa bed in the living room. It has a balcony and its location just a stone's throw from the lake and three minutes' walk from Annecy's historic center makes it a rare gem.
The bedroom has a 160x190 bed and the living room a sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
After a day on the lake or in the mountains, you'll be able to take advantage of the nearby bars and restaurants; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay, thanks to the residence's covered parking and free private garage.
The lake is a 3-minute walk away.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 8pm, in the presence of a member of the team or on your own thanks to a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by e-mail the day before your stay.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put the clean dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your garbage cans in the room on level minus one in the garages. Please deposit your keys (only the garage key remains in the apartment) in the letterbox on departure, in the name of Burnat.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
