The 13 vents gite, in the heart of Anjou, boasts a magnificent view over the Layon valley vineyards! Warm ambience and comfort guaranteed in this 4-bedroom gite in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné (Val-du-Layon), with private shower room.
In the heart of the Anjou vineyards, you'll enjoy a privileged location for tasting a fine vintage at one of the surrounding wine estates (Quarts de Chaume, Savennières, ...), exploring the villages on the banks of the Loire less than 10 min away (Chalonnes sur Loire, l'île de Béhuard, ...) or hiking through the vineyards (GR3 1.5km away, 9km hike 1km from the gite).
The gîte is located in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, 25 min from Angers, 1h10 from Nantes and its famous machines, and 50 min from Saumur, capital of horse-riding.
Large 87m² living room with bay windows, wood-burning stove and two staircases leading to two bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). Laundry room with washing machine and separate WC. Upstairs, each bedroom has a shower room (with hairdryer) and separate WC (2 adjustable 80x200cm beds). Lovely south-east-facing terrace and private 2000m² garden bordered by vineyards.
Jean-Philippe and Eve, neighbors of the gîte, will be delighted to share their tips and advice on the surrounding wine-growing areas.
