La Terrassa is a superb 60 m² apartment with a large terrace and distant sea view, located in the Endoume district near the sea and the basilica Notre Dame de la Garde). Completely renovated in 2023, you'll be charmed by its large terrace, which is the ideal place to enjoy the gentle pace of life in Marseille.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small building typical of the area. You enter the main room, with the living area and access to the terrace on your left. Opposite you are access to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. On your right, the dining area and kitchen.

Transportation:
- The N°80 bus line runs along the street, taking you to the city center in 20 minutes and to the Saint Charles train station by taking the M1 metro to the Vieux Port in 35 minutes.
-Parking in the surrounding streets is free with no time limit.
The airport is accessible by shuttle bus to the Saint Charles train station, but we advise you to use cabs or Uber-type drivers.
