Small, brand-new ground-floor apartment in a villa, near the village of Llança Costa Brava, approx. 70 km from Perpignan. Sea, village and port approx. 10 minutes' walk away. Open-plan kitchen opening onto living room with 140cm bed and TV, 1 bedroom with door onto terrace with 90cm bunk beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Terrace with garden table and chairs, beautiful panoramic view of the sea, village and port. Parking at the bottom of the house is fairly free, even in summer. Caution: outside stairs to apartment (25 to 30 steps). No swimming pool, no wifi. There is no charge.
Keys will be available on arrival.
Arrival on Saturday from 4pm, departure the following Saturday before 11am, this is a weekly rental. Very quiet neighborhood. Only a small, clean dog will be accepted, no packs, no barking. You must not cause any nuisance to the neighborhood, no fiesta accepted. NO SMOKING apartment, smoking only on the terrace, thank you.
For hygiene reasons, we do not provide pillows.
The owners, Monique and Jean-François, are available on the phone 24 hours a day for your convenience.
