Misleading advertisement! There is no communal swimming pool. The apartment is nice but very very dirty when we arrived, the apartment was dusty, dead cockroach behind the sofa. Another big negative was the parking spaces. IMPOSSIBLE!!! We drove around for hours trying to find a parking space, and usually found one at the other end of the street from the apartment. Having a disability card, we were attacked by the neighbors who had decided that the disabled space belonged to them. In short, I'm waiting for compensation.
