On the garden level, you'll enter through the large 110m² living room, comprising a lounge area, a dining area and an equipped kitchenette. A shower room with WC.
The first floor is accessed via a mezzanine with a relaxation area, followed by 3 bedrooms: one with 1 180x190 bed and 2 90x190 non-detachable mattresses, one with 1 90x190 bed and 1 90x190 bunk bed, and one with 1 180x190 bed and 2 90x190 non-detachable mattresses. A shower room. Separate WC.
Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair. Former water mill in the heart of Périgord Pourpre, in the "Pays des Bastides" in southern Périgord, where you can visit the bastides of Monpazier, Eymet and Issigeac.... You'll be just 20 minutes from the old town of Bergerac, which has preserved some of its historic features (half-timbered houses), and you can also enjoy a gabarre trip on the Dordogne River.
You'll be staying on a property with 2 dwellings and a private, unenclosed 500 m² garden with cats and hens, garden furniture and barbecue.
The rear of the mill is at your disposal, with access via footbridges. The approach to the millstreams is natural and therefore not safe for children.
Your children will enjoy a lovely wooden tree house, a sandpit and a swing to share with the owner's grandchildren. Private fishing area (roach, pochard, predator, carp, eel...).
