4 km from Rouffignac St Cernin (shops), this 95 m2 house adjoins the owners' house but has independent access without vis-à-vis, and is located on an enclosed property with fencing and hedges. This Peruvian-style gîte comprises a first floor with an open-plan kitchen/living room overlooking the garden. 1 toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), en-suite shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 beds 90x190, private shower room and independent private WC and 1 with 1 bed 160x200, private shower room and independent private WC.
For your summer evenings, you'll enjoy garden furniture and a plancha. Multi-activity table (table tennis, table soccer, billiards).
