RENT MOBIL-HOME MOANA 40M² GAMME BIEN ETRE, CLIMATISE 4/6 PERSONNES in VALRAS-PLAGE (34350).
The mobile home is located in the secure 4* vacation village "Les sables du midi", 10 minutes' walk from the beach, shops and pedestrian streets.
The MOBIL-HOME:
- Reversible air conditioning, heating,
- Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, filter and Senseo coffee makers, dining area, washing machine,
- Living room with convertible corner sofa,
- 1 master bedroom with dressing room (bed 140x190),
- 1 bedroom (two 80x190 beds) [can be twinned],
- Bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- 15m² covered terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Parking space for one car in front of the MH.
NON-SMOKING AREA
Water, gas, electricity, tourist tax included. **Towels and sheets not provided** (can be rented from the campsite). Barbecues are available throughout the campsite.
Everything you need on the campsite:
Restaurants, bars, laundries, grocery store, heated swimming pools and paddling pool, slides, fitness room, Jacuzzi, kids/teens clubs (3 to 17 years), multi-sports playground (soccer, basketball, padel [tennis/squash] ping-pong, pétanque, mini-golf), children's games and lots of entertainment and shows.
Access to swimming pools and restaurants is with FUN PASS IN ADDITION (campsite wristband).
This PASS can be booked on the Siblu online site, and entitles you to a 20% discount on the on-site rate.
For all 2-week rentals (July/August), we offer FUN PASS.
1km from the campsite you'll find supermarkets, shops (Carrefour, Gifi, Mcdo...), banks, as well as go-karting, accrobranches... For walks, the Canal du Midi (3km), the Sigean African reserve (50km), Spain 1h15 away.
****MODALITES****
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday (high season).
Arrival from 4:00 pm - departure before 11:00 am.
Two deposits will be required on entry, made by pre-authorized bank (CB not debited) - damage: 800 € and 70 € for cleaning not done. These 2 deposits will not be cashed and will be cancelled no later than 7 days after your departure, if no anomalies are noted.
