This charming 37 m² flat with sea view, 300 meters from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), has a shared swimming pool and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town center is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 meters from the apartment.
