This charming 39 m² flat completely renovated recently in Concarneau is 300 meters from the beach (accessible by crossing the street) and has a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m². The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town center is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 meters from the apartment.
