We offer this charming 32 m² apartment with a spendid sea view for rent in Lavandou, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people (2adults and 2 children). Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- A living room with two double sofa beds, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower, WC
Outside :
- An 8m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan.
The apartment is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Water sports: water skiing, parasailing, paddling, pedalos, sailing, motorboat rental, etc.
