In the quiet of the beautiful Maremma countryside in Tuscany, just 5 kilometers from the sea, lies this brand new apartment, ideal for a totally relaxing holiday. Inside a completely fenced farm, the Salice Apartment offers you a beautiful gazebo with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor eating and a barbecue for your open air grill evenings. A swimming pool with solarium with deck chairs and outdoor shower is always ready for you when you don't feel like going to the beach. The swimming pool is shared with the guests of the other apartment of the structure.
The Salice Apartment lies on the ground floor and consists of a spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one with a French bed, and two bathrooms with shower, one of which contains a laundry area.
It is an excellent starting point for spending days at the beach, but also for visiting Grosseto, Siena, Pisa, Florence or Rome or the small Maremma towns rich in history and famous for their food and wine specialities.
The kind owner, Eva, will be at your service during your stay accompanying your children to visit the small farm with the farmyard animals or to harvest fruits and vegetables from the garden with her.
Not included in the rental price and to be paid upon arrival:
