Several things to review: When we arrived on Sunday, we noticed some small anomalies. The shower was blocked, my sister cleaned the trap, there was a lot of hair. No light in the bathroom.... The house was not clean. The pool closed early.... Otherwise the young lady at reception was very kind.

The accommodation is very well located and this is its only advantage; The accommodation is dirty on arrival, spiders and cobwebs everywhere, musty smell, 1950s blankets, pilled pillows, and when we ask for new ones, we're told there aren't any. There's no furniture in the shower rooms to put things on, and shower curtains are not practical at all; Everything is rusty and damaged, radiators rusty, towel rails rusty; No clothespins, no welcome form to explain how the utilities work.
