Le Boucanier residence, nestled on the shores of the marine lake, offers accommodation facing the lake and its wooded island. It's just 100 m from the lake beach and the first shops via a pedestrian walkway, "le mail", and 300 m from the ocean.
This residence with elevators, swimming pool and paddling pool, offers fully-equipped apartments with furnished terrace or loggia, and a wide range of facilities for all ages (swimming pool, children's playground, table tennis, etc.).
Ideally located, it lends itself perfectly to car-free vacations. Thanks to the incredible network of cycle paths and the pedestrian promenade, all shops, services and restaurants are within easy reach. What's more, in July and August, a free beach shuttle runs between Soustons, Vieux-Boucau and Messanges.
