Peacefully located a 2-minute walk from the town’s rugged coastline, this simply furnished holiday retreat comfortably sleeps six guests and is the ideal base for exploring this beautiful region of Southern Italy.
The property’s light and bright, open-plan living space has been fitted with a cool terracotta floor and enjoys large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto the sunny terraced garden at the front of the property. The terrace enjoys a sea view and is furnished with a parasol, table and chairs - the ideal place to unwind in the sun or relax with a drink at the end of the day.
Inside, the living space is furnished with a small dining table, a built-in wardrobe, a sofa bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The small separate kitchen is fitted with a gas cooker hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
Guests will also find a washing machine and an outdoor shower on the rear terrace.

Santa Cesarea Terme is a picturesque seaside town located on the eastern coast of the Salento Peninsula overlooking the Otranto Canal.
The town is renowned for its natural thermal springs with water that is rich in minerals and has been used for centuries for its therapeutic properties. Visitors can relax and rejuvenate at the town's thermal spas (a 10-minute walk) and enjoy wellness treatments. The old town features a mix of architectural styles, including Art Nouveau and Mediterranean styles.
The sea is crystal clear, making it a fantastic destination for swimming, snorkelling, and diving. There are also various seaside lidos and establishments where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
The property is also well-located for day trips to nearby towns and attractions, including; Lecce (a 48-minute drive away) often referred to as the "Florence of the South" due to the abundance of Baroque buildings that fill the city, Otranto is known for its pretty seaside setting and rich history (a 26-minute drive), and the historic town of Gallipoli, including its old town situated on a small island (a one-hour drive away).
Santa Cesarea Terme also offers a wonderful culinary experience, guests can enjoy fresh seafood dishes, local pasta specialities and regional wines in the town's restaurants and trattorias.
The closest international airport is Brindisi-Salento Airport (BDS) approximately a one-hour 15-minute drive from the accommodation. A damage deposit of 600EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
