Welcome to this charming 135m2 family home nestled in the greenery of Saint-Paul-en-Chablais. Offering absolute tranquility, the house is ideally set back from the road, yet only a 5-minute walk from the heart of the village, where you'll find all the amenities you need.
As soon as you cross the threshold, you'll be greeted by a warm, light-filled 50m2 living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a south-facing terrace, offering a generous 800m2 plot for outdoor entertaining.
Upstairs, discover a children's bedroom with two single beds (90190, can be fixed together) and two further bedrooms with double beds (160200). The south-facing bedrooms offer magnificent views, one with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the other with a master suite including bathroom and WC.
A shower room completes the first floor, while a second toilet is available on the first floor. Convenient access to the garage is available from inside the house.
For your comfort, the house is equipped with an electric floor heating system, complemented by a pellet stove in the living room. Pets are welcome, making this a real family home.
Please note that a bank imprint or a check for €1,000 will be requested when the keys are handed over. Please also note that this property is managed by an agency.

A bed linen kit is available at €22 per kit, while a bathroom linen kit is available at €8 per kit. End-of-stay cleaning is also available as an option at €180.

The house is located 5 minutes' walk from the heart of the village of Saint-paul-en-Chablais and 10 minutes' drive from the Bernex ski resort.
Its location offers you the tranquility of being set back from the heart of the resort while remaining at a very reasonable distance from the foot of the slopes. A large parking lot is available once you arrive in Bernex, just opposite the chairlift.
You're also just 15 minutes from the center of Evian, with its golf course and entertainment.
Many beautiful forest walks and trails are within easy reach.
