badminton Single-storey house: large living room/dining room/kitchen, 4 bedrooms each with a 160 x 200 cm bed, one bedroom with 2 90 x 190 cm beds, a loft with 2 160 x 200 cm beds, a billiard room with extra beds (2 single beds 70 × 90) and a garage with a ping-pong table.
Poolhouse accessible from the house or from the terrace with heated indoor pool measuring 8 x 4 meters with a maximum depth of 1.5 m, heated all year round to around 27 degrees unless outside temperatures fall below 5 degrees.
Outside: large enclosed private grounds with petanque court, beach volleyball court, soccer pitch, trampoline.
Bed linen and 2 towels per person are extra at 140 euros, payable on site. Fully equipped and practical.
The price includes: end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 kWh per day at your disposal (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
