The BELL RACO residence is on the seafront, ideal for your beach vacation. The apartment has a climate in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, consists of three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, TV, from the living room you can access a large terrace with a magnificent view of the beach.
In the surrounding area you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, ice-cream parlors and much more.

Without a doubt, La Pineda's main attraction is its large sandy beach, which makes it particularly popular for family tourism, but not only.
In La Pineda, you'll find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, pools, marine wildlife shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, located just a few meters from the seafront, has several pools to try out, a wide range of gastronomic offerings and a golf course.
The Costa Dorada is a certified Family Tourism Destination. This means that young and old alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other quality activities.
We can't miss the 'Camino de Ronda' This is one of the most beautiful and emblematic excursions on the Costa Dorada, recently renovated and with spectacular views, bordering Cap Salou.
The Camino de Ronda starts at the end of Calle Colón, right on the Los Pilones esplanade. We continue along the wooden walkway and shortly afterwards come across the remains of an old building, the 'Lazaret', built in 1829, where ships from epidemic areas were once isolated, and which still retains solid walls several meters high. Continuing along the circular path that runs alongside this zigzag construction, we discover one of Cap Salou's most welcoming coves, the Capellans beach, with two staircases leading up to it and a paved pathway half-buried by the beach sand. Once you've passed Capellans beach, you have to climb some steep steps to reach Punta del Po-Roig.

Pets are not allowed
1st. We are available to answer any questions you may have to help you enjoy your stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with bed linen, but without towels. Extra charge for towels 4€/person.
3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur additional charges.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests may not leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of customers and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
9º Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested at the time of booking (€5 per day) as there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
