In Concarneau, we offer you this charming 37 m² apartment with a shared swimming pool, 300 meters from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 20,000 m².

The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town center is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 meters from the apartment.
