Charming 33m² air-conditioned studio apartment on 1st floor with unobstructed view and large, unoverlooked 12m² covered terrace. The apartment is ideally located in a luxury residence with swimming pool and tennis court.
It's within easy reach of Antibes and Juan les Pins, and a great place to relax after a long day out.
Space
The studio comprises :
Entrance hall,
A living room with cupboards, sofa bed (160 cm, 18 cm mattress) and dining table, with access to the terrace,
A fully-equipped open kitchen with 2-burner hob, microwave combi oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and all necessary crockery and cutlery,
Terrace with table for 4 and sitting area for 2.
Bathroom with bathtub.
Separate toilet with washbasin.
If you want to work from home, there are several work areas in the studio: the dining room table or the balcony can be used for a change of scenery, and several people can work at the same time.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide hotel-quality linen, including bed linen, towels (2 per person), tea towels and bath mats.
Pool towels are available for stays of 7 nights or more during the summer season (May-September).
Rackets, tennis balls and petanque balls will be provided during your stay.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people plus 1 baby or child under 3.
We can provide (at extra cost) :

You will have access to the swimming pool, tennis court, petanque court and the beautiful green space surrounding the residence.

The studio is ideally located, above the center of Antibes and Juan les Pins, in a magnificent wooded park. It's within walking distance of the town center and all its activities, yet easily accessible by car. Perfect to recharge your batteries between outings, or just to relax on vacation.
Shops 350m away (supermarket open 7/7 6-24h, restaurants 700m) Beach 15min walk, town center 10min walk.
Antibes train station: 6min by car, 18min on foot
Nice airport: 20 min by car
Cannes: 20 min by car
The studio is 1.1 kilometers (15 minutes on foot) from the Centre International d'Antibes (language school).
Transit
Public transport: "Roses" bus stop, lines 30-31, 300 meters away. This line serves the Juan les Pins beach, the Ponteil beach in Antibes, and the Antibes train station.
Notes
The residence's swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30 every year.
Free on-street parking, or free parking at the Supermarché Casino parking lot (350 m away).
Please note the 30 cm threshold between the studio and the terrace.
IMPORTANT For stays of more than 30 days, linen is not provided. The cost of linen helps us to cover the cost of medium-term cleaning.
