On the Côte d'Azur, 20 km from Cannes, Antibes or Nice airport, come and stay in a Provencal villa with exceptional sea and mountain views - Gorges du Loup.
You'll enjoy a 30 m2 south-facing terrace accessible from the living room, as well as a stone table next to the barbecue.
The villa is set in a 2400 m2 garden planted with trees and laid out in terraces. Enjoy your stay
Space
The villa consists of 2 levels, connected by an interior staircase and an exterior French window overlooking the pool.
Access to the front door is via a staircase leading down from the parking lot.
On the first level are the gas barbecue, a stone table and a resin table for 10 people.
Inside, you'll find a hallway, kitchen, shower room, children's bedroom with two bunk beds, master bedroom, living room with TV, DVD player and Internet access, and 30 m2 terrace with sea view.
On the lower level, on the same level as the pool, are the 2 master suites, each measuring 20 m2, one with bath and the other with shower.
All 4 bedrooms are individually air-conditioned.
The villa has an apartment above your rental that is rented year-round, but rest assured that only the parking is shared. The swimming pool and garden are entirely private and reserved for you.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide hotel-quality linen, including bed linen, towels (2 per person), tea towels and bath mats.
Pool towels are available for stays of 7 nights or more during the summer season (May-September).
Access
Access to the property is via a gate.
The available parking is shared with the occupants of the third floor of the villa and is limited to 2 vehicles so that each can leave independently.
If you have additional vehicles, they can park along the property wall.
Access is very easy thanks to the presence of a driveway.

Neighborhood
1 km from the villa is Chateauneuf de Grasse, where you'll find numerous shops and a weekly Provencal market on Mondays.
A 7-minute drive along the road to Gourdon takes you to this Provencal village, one of the most beautiful in France, with its castle and magnificent view of the Côte d'Azur.
5 minutes away, Grasse, the city of perfumes, with its museums.
10 minutes away, Valbonne, an old walled Provencal village worth a visit, with its restaurants and shops.
Biot and Saint Paul de Vence are 20 minutes away.
And finally, the beaches of Cannes, Antibes and Juan les Pins are half an hour away.
NICE and its airport are 30 minutes away.
And why not Monaco, Menton or Italy?

Chateauneuf de Grasse is served by buses to all the above cities.
