New vacation apartment just 500m from Royan's main beach! Located on the 1st and top floor (no elevator) of a small building with just 2 apartments, this 65 m² apartment can sleep up to 4 people and boasts the following features: an attractive 7 m² entrance hall, a vast, bright 22 m² living room, an 8 m² kitchen with 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, small appliances (filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), small table with high stools, two bedrooms with fitted closets (12 m² and 10 m² with 140 cm beds), a bathroom with vanity unit and large Italian shower, separate toilet.
There's a private garden at the rear of the building, on the first floor, not communicating with the apartment. Public parking on Avenue de la Grande Conche or adjacent streets.
