In the commune of Vars, we offer this charming 64 m² flat with ski station within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 31m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises :
- A 31 m² living room with TV, sofa... very bright with windows opening onto the terraces
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
In winter : downhill skiing 100 metres from the residence, free shuttles in season, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowmobiling for adults and children (hire at the resort centre), paragliding...
In summer : hiking, walking trails. Road cycling, mountain biking...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
