WONDERFUL HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL ON THE BEACH
On the beach, 20 'from Barcelona and 10' from Sitges. Private urbanization, surrounded by trees, beside the beach and the marina. Beautiful two levels house with air conditioner and Ibiza style decoration, private pool, garden, chillout and outside dining area with BBQ. The main bedroom suite with kingsize bed, TV, jacuzzi and private terrace. It has two other rooms with double beds (135 and 120). Large design kitchen connected to the dining room with stainless steel bar.

As Eva is a plastic artist, there are some of her pieces in the house, some Luceros del Alma that dye all the rooms with a special light.

It is situated 3 km from the village of Castelldefels, 10 km from Sitges, 25 km from Barcelona and 10 minutes walk from the beach. There are 2 car parking.
