In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne, in the Val de Creuse et Anglin, 25 km from La Roche-Posay and 100 km from Tours, eco-renovated barn (European Eco Label, Valeur Parc Naturel ))... close to nature (hiking and mountain bike trails starting from the accommodation ), Voie Verte) and the Haute Touche wildlife park. First floor: kitchen/living/lounge - 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed
2 persons) - Italian shower/wc - entrance - wc (washing machine).
1st floor: 2 bedrooms: dormitory (4 single beds), children's bedroom (2 bunk beds) - small lounge (hifi, DVD, TV, board games, library) - shower room/wc.
Stove heating (wood heating from November to end of April/beginning of May: €70 flat rate per stay). H²O recuperator and phytodepuration.
Only sheets and pillowcases are supplied (comforter covers not supplied: €10 per stay/cover if supplied). We do not have the "Accueil handicap" label, but the barn has been fitted out to facilitate the stay of people with motor and visual disabilities (elevator for people with reduced mobility, Italian-style showers, sliding doors, staircase lighting, work surfaces, pathways, etc.).
Only undersheets and pillowcases are provided, please bring your own topsheets or comforter cover in 90 cm for 8 beds and in 160 for 1 bed (10€ per stay/cover if provided).
