In Berry, near the A20 motorway, an ideal gîte for family gatherings or friends in the center of France, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and town center of Argenton-sur-Creuse and the town of Saint-Marcel. Town house with private, enclosed 100 m² garden, private terrace and free street parking (in front of the house).
First floor: dining room/kitchen with access to garden, separate living room, laundry room and shower room/wc.
1st floor: landing, 2 interconnecting bedrooms (the first: bunk beds and 1 single bed / the second: double bed and 1 single bed), shower room/wc, 2 further interconnecting bedrooms (the first: 2 single beds / the second: double bed and 1 single bed).
2nd floor: landing and bedroom with 2-person bed.
Outside veranda and access via the laundry room with 2 adult city bikes available.
Gas heating included in the price.
Possibility of 2 extra beds if required.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price (excluding dishes and rubbish).
