In the heart of a peaceful, residential neighborhood, nestled on a lush, secure 900 m² plot, this Basque-style villa extends over 3 levels, offering around 300 m² of harmonious living space enhanced by an enchanting garden and two sumptuous terraces. A haven of peace for up to 12 guests.
The garden level houses an independent apartment of around 60 m², with a bright main room including a living and dining area, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed in 160, a shower room with WC and a kitchen equipped for convivial moments. On the first level, a vast entrance welcomes guests and leads to a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, while a corridor leads to a spacious L-shaped living room with three comfortable sofas. Two south-east-facing bedrooms, a bathroom and an office with a staircase leading to the second level complete this floor. On the second level, a landing leads to a shower room with double washbasin and separate WC, as well as to three additional bedrooms, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements and stunning garden views. Outside, the lush garden and two large furnished terraces, one at the front and the other at the rear of the villa, invite you to relax and socialize. This spacious, fully-equipped villa is ideally located: the Moulleau beaches are just 500 meters away, a grocery store is 400 meters away and Arcachon town center is less than 10 minutes away by car. Internet / WIFI is available, and parking is private and secure alongside the house. Pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). What's more, cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), as well as a departure cleaning service, ensuring a most pleasant stay.
